Product Introduction
The universal waterproofing agent for CPC exterior wall is developed and manufactured by Australian CPC Company. It is an economical exterior wall seepage repair
material, which can be constructed by spraying or brushing, without special equipment, and the large-scale construction is fast and smooth. It is a revolutionary product
in the building repair industry and saves a lot of maintenance costs. It is certified by SGS, an authoritative testing organization, without harmful substances,
environmental protection and pollution-free.
Product Performance
The universal waterproofing agent for CPC exterior wall is the most advanced solution to solve the problem of wall seepage in the world at present. It can penetrate
the wall and be completely absorbed by the base material. The silane nano-protective layer is formed inside the base material, which is impermeable, waterproof,
transparent and colorless. Without damaging the wall and changing the color and luster of the wall surface, it can reduce the water permeability and prevent the
exterior wall from continuing to seep and age. It can be used for large-scale leak-proof maintenance of the old wall and waterproof protection of the new wall,
with strong ultraviolet resistance and aging resistance, and can be repaired as old as new.
Recommended Use
It is suitable for coating, real stone paint, clear water concrete, ceramic tile, stone and other substrates, and is used for leakage stoppage of external walls of commercial
buildings, hotels, schools, ancient buildings, etc. It is waterproof and leakproof.
Product Use Method
1. Clean the external wall, ensure that the base material is dry, and construct the general waterproof agent for CPC external wall without obvious dust. This product
belongs to silane nano-penetration type, and the deeper the dry base can penetrate, the better the waterproof effect;
2. Shake the product evenly, pour it into a clean and dry bucket, spray it with a small sprayer or roll it with a roller for construction, and evenly coat the product, which
will permeate the whole wall. The construction should be done in one go, otherwise the constructed area will not be clear after drying, and it is easy to miss coating;
3. After the construction is completed and dried naturally for 24 hours, the waterproof test can be carried out;
4. The universal waterproofing agent for exterior wall is 10 ~ 15m2 per liter, and the consumption of other materials is calculated according to the water absorption rate.
Special Attention
A. wet grass-roots and rainy weather can't be used for construction, but construction can be carried out under the condition that it doesn't rain during the 24-hour
drying and maintenance period;
B. In the construction of tile or tile exterior wall, if there is crack in tile gap, it is necessary to clean the gap first, and then dilute it with MBA-220 water at 1:1 and mix
it with cement to make putty to repair the cracked part. After being dried, waterproof agent shall be applied.
C. This product is non-toxic and fragrant, but it is not allowed to be imported. Please store it properly.
D. Construction personnel shall wear protective measures such as KN95 mask and eye mask.

Shelf Life 12 months in unopened condition since leaving the factory;
Packing Spec 220ml、1L；
Storage Temperature 5℃~35℃ to ensure storage in a cool environment and avoid direct sunlight;
