CPC multifunctional antifouling agent is a silane nano-permeable waterproof coating, which is transparent and colorless, and is suitable for waterproof repair of
exterior walls and floor tiles. Silane has strong nano-penetration, which has no influence on the color and texture of the base surface after construction. It can
penetrate into the pores of the base material, and has long-lasting wear resistance and air permeability, which can not only maintain the natural characteristics
of stone and tile. It can also give the base surface the functions of alkali resistance, waterproof, antifouling, oil resistance and moss resistance.
Simple Construction And Application
The CPC antifouling agent can be applied simply by spraying or brushing, and enters the interior of the base material by using the strong permeability, and
chemically bonds with hydroxyl groups in the capillary holes to form a waterproof and antifouling effect. The surface tension of the base material is greatly
reduced, so that the contact angle with the liquid is greater than 90 degrees to realize the "capillary effect", which prevents liquid substances from entering the
capillary holes, but does not hinder the passage of air and water vapor, thus improving the service life and functionality of the external wall, and the validity period
can be as long as more than ten years!

The surface tension of the substrate infiltrated by silane nanoparticles is only (9mN/m), which is far less than that of silicone (24mN/m) or wax (26mN/m), so
it produces amazing antifouling function. The surface tension of traditional silicone is only similar to that of grease, so it can only be waterproof, but the antifouling
and oil-proof effect is general, and it is very easy to turn yellow and black, and the weather resistance is not lasting. Silane nanoparticles are new polymer materials.
This problem is completely avoided. The alkoxy nano-molecules in the product can fuse with the substrate to form a strong waterproof and antifouling chemical
bond, which protects the substrate like an umbrella. This technology has also been widely used in the fields of architecture, ancient architecture and statue protection
in the United States and Europe.

Product Use Method
1, the base surface is clean and dry;
2. Apply evenly by spraying and brushing, so that the base surface can fully absorb the CPC antifouling agent once;
3, natural drying and curing for 24 hours (it can't rain during the construction period until the maintenance is completed);
4. The consumption of stone is 10 ~ 15m2/L, and that of ceramic tile is 15m2/L. The consumption of other materials is calculated according to the actual water absorption rate.
