Product Introduction
The anti-fouling agent for CPC glass is developed and manufactured by Australian CPC Company, which is
suitable for enhancing the anti-fouling performance of glass surface, making the glass surface anti-fouling
and dustproof, effectively controlling the long-term cleanliness of glass, and reducing the times and labor
cost of cleaning glass. The anti-fouling agent for CPC glass can be applied by scraping, without pecial equipment,
and the large-scale construction is fast and smooth. It has been certified by SGS, an authoritative testing
organization, and is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.
Product Performance
CPC- glass antifouling agent adopts silane nano-penetration technology, which has strong adhesion, can fully
penetrate into glass pores and react with silicon dioxide, has no film and no light, maintains the high transmittance
and natural characteristics of glass, and can also make glass antifouling. Soot, yellow sand, dust, bird droppings,
etc. are difficult to adhere to the treated glass panel, and at the same time, the dust,bird droppings, etc. on
the surface can be washed away by rainwater, reducing the cost of glass cleaning and maintenance.
Recommended Use
Suitable for doors and windows, curtain walls, domes, artistic landscapes, camera glass covers, glass products and
other types of glass surfaces in commercial buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals and other buildings.
Product Use Method
1. Clean the substrate. First, use degreasing agent to clean the glass surface, and then rinse the glass completely
with clear water to ensure that the glass surface is clean, dry and oil-free. After the base material is completely
dried, the next step of construction is carried out;
2. The construction shall be carried out by scraping method, and the glass shall be scraped once by using a
scraper to clamp the superfine dust-free cloth, and the glass shall be scraped from the top to the bottom,
and the water mark shall not be stopped in the middle to ensure that the glass surface can fully absorb the
antifouling agent once.
3. After the construction is completed, the test can only be carried out after 48 hours of drying and maintenance;
4. The product consumption is 50 ~ 80m2/L, subject to the actual construction on site.
Points For Attention
A. The grass-roots and rainy weather can not be constructed, and the construction can be carried out under
the condition that it does not rain during the 24-hour drying and maintenance period;
B. This product is non-toxic and fragrant, but it is not allowed to be imported. Please store it properly.
C. Construction personnel must wear protective measures such as KN95 masks and goggles.
