Shanghai Zhongchuang Building is located on Nanjing Road, the "First Street of China". Since 2017, there has been a serious water seepage problem. After the maintenance project was undertaken by Aochang, it was reasonably organized and carefully constructed. TGA spraying poly-asparagine polyurea elastic waterproof coating was used for roof waterproof repair, covering an area of about 5500m2.
